Julia grew up in the decorating field, but never imagined that would become her career. A need for an income in college led her to start a small decorating business in direct sales. She soon found that helping clients create beautiful homes was her passion.
With encourgagement from clients and family, Julia completed her Associates Degree in Interior Design from Waukesha County Technical Collage in 2006. Julia worked for Jan Niebler Interiors for nine years before Jan retired and asked Julia to carry on her legacy. In 2014, Julia purchased Jan's company and changed the name to INDECO LLC, which stands for Interior Design Company.
Julia has grown the company, added employees, and moved her showroom to an historic building in downtown Jefferson in 2018. Julia is very involved in the Jefferson community and is passionate about seeing Jefferson businesses thrive. She has served on the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors since 2014, and was the Chamber President in 2018.
On a personal note, Julia loves spending time with her son, Logan, and daughter, Lila. You will often see them out hiking, camping and attending community events.
After many years in office management, Lisa decided to follow her dream
and joined INDECO Interior Design Company in 2016. Lisa's natural
talents and attention to detail helped her to grow into her position as a
design
assistant. She works closely with
both designers on kitchen and bath projects, with her main focus being
product selection. She has helped many people with a vast array of
projects, and seeing her clients happy at the
end of a project is the most
satisfying part of her job.
When she's not busy boating or planning her next
vacation, you will find Lisa spending time with family and friends, and
all of the fur babies that come
with them.
Growing up in the construction world fueled Terri's desire to be an
architect. Her life went a different direction as family took priority
in her life. Terri has a beautiful daughter, Brianna, who works in the
healthcare
field and an amazing son, Matthew,
who is finishing high school. Terri has been an amazing mother, putting
her kids first, but it is finally time for her to focus on her own
dreams.
In 2010, together with her
husband, Brian, she designed and
built a beautiful home overlooking the countryside. In 2015 she started
taking classes in the healthcare field, but switched her focus to
Interior Design in 2017. In March of 2018, Terri
began her internship at INDECO
Interior Design Company. She will complete her Associates Degree in
Interior Design from Madison College in early 2019, and begin working
full-time at INDECO.
Terri loves analyzing
layouts and coming up with creative
solutions to improve them. Her construction background gives her a
different perspective when designing projects.
